Tuscany Ridge, located in Peoria, AZ, is a 336-unit garden-style community in the heart of the Arrowhead submarket. The property was acquired in the earlier part of 2018 by Wermers Properties, and R&V Management Corporation. The partnership has already begun extensive renovation of the units. Tuscany Ridge is conveniently situated near major healthcare, university, and corporate employment opportunities, and provides residents immediate access to the top retail and restaurant destinations in the area.

Villa Serena is a 288-unit garden-style rental community located in the heart of Henderson, NV. It was acquired in December 2018 through a partnership between Wermers Properties, R&V Management, and Sunroad Enterprises. The property offers close proximity to the Las Vegas Valley and nearby employment centers, as well as a variety of entertainment opportunities. Completed in 1996, Villa Serena offers one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with an average unit size of 934 square feet.
